- Lambda 공식 이미지에서 OpenCV를 정적 빌드하고 Limited API로 Python 3.12~3.14를 함께 지원한다 - minimal, standard, dnn 프로필과 x86_64, arm64 변형을 만든다 - NumPy를 BLAS 없이 빌드하고 .pyc를 unchecked-hash로 포함한다 - 기존 zip과 LFS 설정을 제거하고 v* 태그로 Release에 배포한다 - README와 LICENSE를 갱신한다

pip 휠을 묶던 방식에서 Lambda 공식 이미지 안에서 OpenCV와 NumPy를 소스 빌드하는 방식으로 전환합니다.
변경 사항
cv2.abi3.so하나로 정적 빌드합니다. FFmpeg, OpenBLAS, 불필요한 코덱을 제외했습니다.minimal,standard,dnn), OpenCV 4.14.0과 5.1.0, x86_64와 arm64를 조합해 36개 zip을 만듭니다..pyc를unchecked-hash로 미리 컴파일해 넣습니다.v*태그를 푸시하면 GitHub Releases에 zip과SHA256SUMS를 첨부합니다.확인할 것
