Summary

• Add simulated DAC devices and framework utests covering device registration, channel enable/disable, value conversion, device control/write paths, resolution queries, conversion error propagation, and missing optional hooks.
• Add the RT_UTEST_DAC Kconfig option and build integration.

Verification

• Built bsp/qemu-vexpress-a9 with RT_USING_DAC=y, RT_USING_UTESTCASES=y, and RT_UTEST_DAC=y.
• Ran utest_run components.drivers.dac.framework 2 in QEMU; both loops passed with all 5 test units completed successfully.
• Passed clang-format 22.1.8 (--dry-run --Werror --style=file) and git diff --check.

Scope

This PR covers only the DAC framework simulated-device utest. It does not complete the whole tracking issue or add a QEMU DAC peripheral model.

完成后，提交将自动更新至 test/dac-framework-utest 分支，关联的 Pull Request 也会同步更新。
Once completed, commits will be pushed to the test/dac-framework-utest branch automatically, and the related Pull Request will be updated.
